Worn Authority

A ceramic sculpture that explores the erosion of status, the passage of time, and the vulnerability beneath the surface of control. The tailored suit—once sharp and commanding—is now faded, softened by wear and memory.
The glaze, with its mottled patina and subtle discoloration, speaks of age and experience. The single button, the clean cut, and the empty collar hint at a figure who once stood tall—now only the garment remains.
Worn Authority is a quiet monument to power undone. It asks what remains when the voice is gone, and only the outline of command is left behind.
